Our First Pilot
Pilot 001
Pilot Themes
Burnout often emerges when people continue saying yes because the work matters, even when they are no longer being sustained by the systems around them.
Sustained engagement in service organizations depends not only on recruitment, but on whether people feel supported enough to keep showing up.
Youth, adults, and older community members may describe burnout differently, but each group offers insight into what support, purpose, and connection can look like.
